Frightening Outcomes from hd 21 incumbent and how to fix it

Our Incumbent thinks women should not make their own private reproductive choices at a doctor's appointment

Voted NO on Rapid Mental Health Response  for Colorado Youth HB21-1258 

These two bills passed and are successful.

We deserve HEALTHCARE AS A BASIC RIGHT:

LIZ ROSENBAUM (a health insurance broker) BELIEVES HEALTH CARE IS YOUR PERSONAL RIGHT AND FREEDOM. ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE COVERAGE NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE TO ALL WORKING FAMILIES / INDIVIDUALS

Our Incumbent FAILS in her top three priorities:

1. Affordable housing, (no new options in our community, no new grants implemented here)
2. Behavioral health (20% rating by Mental Health Colorado) 
3. Public safety (doesn't protect kids in schools from gun violence)

LIZ ROSENBAUM HAS KEPT HER THREE MAIN GOALS, AND WORKS ON THEM AS A REGULAR PERSON. JUST IMAGINE WHEN SHE IS IN DENVER AND IN THE ROOMS WHERE DECISIONS ARE MADE. 

SHE HAS OUR BACK!

Our Incumbent will not do a public meeting of any kind with Liz Rosenbaum in front of our voters. She has turned down more than six opportunities since 2020. 

Our elected representative also refuses to hold townhalls during any of the four legislative sessions since elected.

We deserve TO KNOW OUR REPRESENTATIVE:

LIZ ROSENBAUM IS KNOWN AS AN ADVOCATE FOR OUR COMMUNITY! SHE USES HER VOICE TO CREATE SPACE FOR YOUR VOICES TO BE HEARD.

In 2022, our incumbent gutted the 6th PFAS bill. Allowing chemical companies to poison our water systems longer by removing deadlines. She also sided with chemical companies to keep cancer PFAS chemicals in contact with infants in their carseats.

Bill #7 in 2023 fixed the errors, our incumbent was not allowed to touch it

We deserve FREEDOM FROM PFAS:

LIZ ROSENBAUM FOUGHT FOR PFAS FREE CARSEATS AND PFAS FREE SLEEPWEAR. 

In 2023, Our Incumbent sponsored a bill for former elected officials to have an official name tag.  It was postponed indefinitely.

That was her priority!

Not the PFAS one, of course!

We deserve TO BE REPRESENTED:

LIZ ROSENBAUM WILL MAKE SURE EVERY MINUTE WILL BE SPENT ON BRINGING OPPORTUNITIES TO WORKING FAMILIES HERE IN THE FOUNTAIN VALLEY.

The Incumbent does not believe gun owners should be responsible for their guns.

LIZ ROSENBAUM IS A RESPONSIBLE GUN OWNER WHO CHAMPIONS RESPONSIBLE GUN OWNERSHIP! 

• ADVOCATE (and Alum) OF GUN SAFETY COURSES INCLUDING HUNTER SAFETY CLASSES
• KNOWS WHAT SAFE STORAGE MEANS AND HOW TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNTIY
• KIDS DESERVE TO BE SAFE AT SCHOOLS, HOME, AND OUTINGS

Our Incumbent believes children should not be protected from guns while at school.

After a school shooting, students went to the Denver Capitol to plead for safety in their classrooms and they could not find her.

We deserve TO BE HEARD:

LIZ ROSENBAUM WAS AT THE CAPITOL THAT DAY AND TALKED TO THE STUDENTS. MORE IMPORTANTLY, SHE LISTENED WHEN THE KIDS' ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE WAS ABSENT.

Our Incumbent did not put in the work The Fountain Valley Area deserves. She applied for ZERO of the state grants that are provided from legislative sessions.

We deserve RESULTS:

LIZ ROSENBAUM HAS WORKED FOR 8 YEARS TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE GRANT MONEY ($300K!!) FOR THE WIGWAM WATER DISTRICT TO REMOVE PFAS CHEMICALS. 

Our Incumbent voted NO on a study to provide housing and nutrition services to working and disabled families, and their children with available federal grants.

We deserve HAPPY KIDS:

LIZ ROSENBAUM WILL MAKE SURE KIDS ARE FED AT SCHOOLS, AND THE PEOPLE RUNNING THESE PROGRAMS ARE FINALLY PAID A LIVING WAGE FOR THEIR EXPERTISE.
